Pastor Raycheen Sims is the Founder and CEO of Dare to Dream Ministries and Co-Founder of Dream Builder International Ministries along with her husband Pastor Robert Sims, Founder. The Sims have two wonderful children son Robert Isaiah, III and daughter Nicochia S. Sims.
Pastor Raycheen dedicates her ministry expertise to assisting women of all ages, cultures, economic levels, and professions. Through the ministry of Dare to Dream the excellence and integrity of Raycheen allows women to remove their emotional masks and begin revealing who they really are to the fullest extent. In 1998 she chose to expand her horizon by ministering at women’s conferences and hosting women’s retreats.
